Understanding Personal Training

Personal Training Services

  •     measurements, body composition testing and other metrics (testing depends upon the clients comfort level)
  •     life planning assessments covering sleep, eating meals, workouts and general goal achievment

  •     6 month and one year contracts

  • General pricing for Body Balance services
  •     personal training - one-on-one - $60 to $70 per hour
  •     home training - $70 per hour and up depending upon distance traveled
  •     group training - $35 to $45 per hour
  •     group training classes - $12 to $25 per hour depending on class size
  •     membership rates - $25 to $45 per month
  •     rate for children - $50 to $60 per hour
  •     personal training memberships - $40 to $70 per month depending on package
  •     corporate training - rates dependant upon the needs of the corporate contract
