Kendra Baran Kendra has over 10 years experience as a fitness industry professional.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Carroll College.
Certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer.
Certified American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Instructor.

Bill Erno Bill has been involved in health and fitness for over 19 years.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in exercise science and Masters in Sports Medicine from the University of Oregon.
Certified through the Coopers Institute to work with special populations such as diabetics, those suffering from stroke or heart conditions.
Enjoys working with injury management and those who have special needs.

Greg Wallace Greg has several years of personal training experience.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
Member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Personal Trainer.
Enjoys playing football, basketball, golf and working out.

Almine Barton Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association.
Certified in "Moms In Motion™".
Trained in the art of acupuncture.

Nathaniel Corbell, LMT Certified Massage Therapist, Oregon School of Massage.
Provides Trigger Point and Deep Tissue massage.
Volunteer for the 2005 Portland Marathon.
Modalities include Thai Massage, Sports Massage and Foot Reflexology.
Assisting in the healing, rehabilitation and recovery of sports injuries.
