of your training time to achieve the results you desire.
Our clients Training schedules vary according to their needs: some see a Trainer four times per week; others may work with a Trainer once or twice per week and then do a combination of partner training or group class training and many other clients will do small group training then follow up with their trainer for One on One session’s to stay on track and add variation to their training routine. We will customize a plan that
you can follow weekly or monthly and we can also create a program if you are traveling. Each exercise program is designed with your goals in mind - your success is our primary focus! |
