Our programs include:
• A goal setting session to identify short and long term goals
• A complete in depth program description
• A complete exercise and medical history
• A complimentary Nutritional and Weight Management Evaluation
We want your first training session to be an enjoyable experience and one you will remember. In the first session we will introduce you to exercises emphasizing functional, core, balance, and strength training - we want you to feel comfortable with the environment and will make sure it is Fun so that you will look forward to returning. We will do some various testing during the session; body fat % is optional, measurements, flexibility test, and other
creative ways to gauge your fitness. |
