The Personal Trainers at Body Balance Personal Training have a strong educational background and years of experience that they will call upon when developing your personalized program and while teaching you proper form and technique.

When will I see results?
Personal Training will help you reach your fitness goals, whether you want to lose body fat, tone and shape your muscles, or focus on injury prevention. Attaining your goals will depend on your current fitness level, but you will start seeing improvements within the first month and will experience positive results in three months time.

What is included in a personal training program?
Our programs include:

     A goal setting session to identify short and long term goals
     A complete in depth program description
     A complete exercise and medical history
     A complimentary Nutritional and Weight Management Evaluation

We want your first training session to be an enjoyable experience and one you will remember. In the first session we will introduce you to exercises emphasizing functional, core, balance, and strength training - we want you to feel comfortable with the environment and will make sure it is Fun so that you will look forward to returning. We will do some various testing during the session; body fat % is optional, measurements, flexibility test, and other creative ways to gauge your fitness.
