“After my ankle injury, from hiking, Pam was instrumental in getting my ankle healthy, working with suggestions from my physical therapist on strengthening ankle, calf, legs & overall. Her targeted exercises and coaching style made all the difference.” –Nancy
“Training at Body Balance has been a life changing experience for my husband and me. At 64 years of age I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. It’s helped with my energy level as well. We’ve trained with both Pam and Jeff, currently with Pam. She makes the workouts fun but challenging. Pam is attentive to how we’re feeling and adjusts workouts as needed to address any injuries, energy, and ability. She is fun, engaging, and encouraging. I can’t imagine trying to stay in shape without Pam and this supportive environment.” –Peggy Schultz
“Frustrated with my aging self, I found Pam in 2016. She spent an hour listening to me whine about my aches, pains and non-action. She was warm and genuine, but also knows her stuff. She gave me a anti-inflammatory Whole 30 diet, which is so easy and we started working out immediately. I see her twice a week. It’s always fun. While I’m not where I want to be, I’m headed in the right direction. Pam rocks…” –Yai Yai
