    Pam is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer for 8+ years. She specializes in 1:1, group training and nutritional coaching. Her workouts combine a full body functional training style that incorporates Pilates, core stabilization and balance training. She loves her job and has a passion for people, fitness and healthy living.
